About Coach

Through school, I was always a part of the netball team and athletics team. I used to train after school and compete on weekends. In April 2008, I ran the last Flora London marathon and raised money for the stroke association. A cause that was close to home at the time. In December 2008 I came to Australia to travel, starting down south and working our way up to Cairns. Got sponsored as a hairdresser and am now a resident. Once sponsorship was up, we traveled to Thailand and spent 4weeks at a Muay Thai gym doing some intense training (it was full of but fun!). Got home from our trip and decided to study Cert 3 and 4 as I wanted a career change and to follow my passion for fitness. At that time, I had also found my love for CrossFit after a friend booked me a free session. I have learned that staying fit and healthy throughout life makes me a better person. It realizes those endorphins and does wonders for my mental health. I want to be a good role model for my children. ❤️ It makes me happy seeing others achieve things they didn’t think were possible and I cannot say enough about the community vibe! I love coaching and helping others and I never see it as work because I enjoy it so much!
