Welcome to CrossFit Kids & Teens, where fitness is fun and movement builds confidence. Our youth programs are designed specifically for two age groups:
Led by certified CrossFit Kids coaches, these sessions are all about building strength, coordination, and resilience in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.
Note: All classes run during the school term only.
Our CF Kids classes introduce children to functional fitness through games, basic skills, and fun challenges. We focus on developing movement patterns, building social confidence, and helping kids love being active.
Perfect for beginners or active kids looking to move, play, and grow stronger.
CF Teens is the next step up — providing a structured training environment for pre-teens and teens to develop athletic ability, resilience, and lifelong healthy habits. Whether they’re looking to improve in sport or just get fit, we meet them where they’re at.
