Led by our experienced instructor Claire, this restorative yoga program is designed to help you move better, feel better, and perform better, both in and out of the gym.
Whether you're a seasoned athlete, an everyday mover, or completely new to yoga, Claire’s sessions provide a calm and supportive space to stretch, breathe, and reset. Through Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, you’ll improve flexibility, relieve stress, and boost your recovery so you can bring more energy and ease to your training and your life.
Claire is a passionate and highly qualified yoga teacher with a deep belief in the healing power of stillness and breath. Specialising in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, she helps people slow down, reconnect, and restore both body and mind.
Her gentle, inclusive teaching style is perfect for all experience levels—offering options for every body, whether you're tight from training or just in need of some calm. Claire’s classes focus on creating space in the body, clarity in the mind, and resilience in the nervous system.
Each session is typically 60 minutes and includes:

🧘 Yoga Nidra – A guided meditation practice for total nervous system reset
🌬️ Breathwork and mindfulness to reduce stress and boost focus
🌀 A supportive space to slow down, stretch out, and switch off

Yoga is included in all recurring memberships at CrossFit Dungeon gym in Cairns, QLD—because we believe recovery is a key part of performance. Not a member? No worries! Drop-in passes are also available for non-members who want to experience the benefits of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
